There are different ways to check the html code of your website, but let use a generic method available in the major browsers. Open your browser, and go to your website. Once your website is fully loaded, right click on the body of that page (I recommend to use the left or right section of the center of the screen).

Depending of the browser, a pop-up window will be displayed in the center of the screen. Click now on View source, or View Page Source. The message is different depending of the browser you are using.

Once the coding source is display, press the keys: Ctrl and F (Keep the key Ctrl pressed, and then press the key F). Now, you will be able to search on that page. Search for: 'title'. All the words 'title' will be highlighted. Do the same for 'description', and 'keywords'. If you can find these words, you will be able to read the information that your website is actually using for those tags, and sharing with the Search Engines.

Whatever you can find between <title> and </title> is the title of that page, the 'content' of <meta name="description"... is the current description of that page, and the 'content' of <meta name="keywords"... are the keywords of your website. The keywords should be separated by commas. If any or all of these tags are missing, or showing incorrect information, then it's time to call whoever created your website.
