Google Knowledge Graph changed?

Sometimes the Google algorithms used to display content are not the best ones from a business owner's perspective, specifically the ones responsible for the correlation (if any) between business websites and their Google+ pages.

Recently, I've noticed that this algorithm was changed. I don't know if it's in trial mode, or Google is planning to keep it.

I did a search on Google looking for: hotels in Osoyoos
https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=hotels+in+osoyoos

 Giving me the following results.

Let's take a closer look to the hotels on both sections: the order of them in the Knowledge Graph, and their ranking in the organic results.

Maybe it's a coincidence that the 3 hotels in the Knowledge Graph have a Google Tour as part of their Google+ pages, but it could be an excellent way to promote hotels or any type of business that are involved in the Google Business View program inviting potential customers to take a look inside their establishments.

Any comments?
