We are always looking for different ways to meet the needs of our customers, but sometimes we just don't know how... Today, I will show you how to create a walking through video using a Google Tour.



All we need is Google Earth Pro (Don't worry, it's FREE now!)

Download Google Earth Pro: http://www.google.com/earth/download/gep/agree.html
Use your email address and the key GEPFREE to sign in.

 
  Now that we have all the tools we need... let's start! 

1. Open Google Earth Pro.
2. Search for the business you want to create the video. 
3. Zoom in closer to the building.
4. Drag and drop our lovely pegman on top of the building - you will see an orange dot. Drop it there.
5. Navigate to your starting point (use double click to navigate to the next pano). I recommend to navigate through the whole tour before you start recording. In that way, your computer will keep the imagery in the cache and the recording process will be smoother.
6. Go to the Menu and click on Tools.
7. Select Movie Maker.
8. Configure all the settings and click on "Create Movie". The image is showing the settings that I used to record the video. I lower the quality of the video to speed up the process. Don't forget to specify where you want to save the video.
9. While recording, I use the wheel from the mouse to move to the next pano, and the left click of the mouse to pan around.
10. Click on "Stop Recording" once you are done.
11. Congratulations! Your video is ready.
